Payment and reservation conditions

​The reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit (in the reservation process called a deposit) in the amount of 50% of the total stay:
​
- at the time of booking in case of payment made by the Paypal system on our website
​
- within 2 days from the date of making the initial reservation (for stays shorter than three days it is the value of the first day) in the case of payment made directly to our bank account, the date of booking the amount of the deposit on our account counts

Deposit payment is treated as a booking confirmation. The deposit is non-returnable.

The remaining payment is payable in advance for the entire period of stay at the time of check-in at the guesthouse of SÅ‚ona Woda.

In the high season, from mid-June to mid-September, we book reservations on a weekly basis, i.e. we prefer stays starting on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays and ending on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Out of season, high days of arrivals / departures are optional.

A resort tax of 5,40 PLN per person per night will be charged on site.

Cancellation policy

If the deposit is not paid within two days from the date of the initial reservation, it is canceled.
